What data is processed and why

If you email me, I will process your email address and any data in your message solely to reply to you. The legal basis is your consent and the legitimate interest in handling a communication you initiate (Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR). Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and then for any applicable legal retention periods.

Technical browsing data. The hosting provider may temporarily log technical data such as IP addresses to keep the service secure and running. It acts as a data processor, and this may involve international transfers covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

This website does not set cookies or use similar tracking technologies, so no consent banner is shown.

Recipients

No data is disclosed to third parties unless required by law.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to ana.vaduva@icam.es. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
